四季彩舎は「京橋界隈2013」に参加します。
イベントの期間中、安岡亜蘭の個展を開催します。
彼女のシャープなデザインによる日本画テイストの動物画、メカニカルな要素を大胆に 持ち込んだ作品は鮮烈さ、妖しい雰囲気をも漂わせています。
今展では「early works」と題し、パネルに直接描いたものや、キャンバスに描いたものなど、初期の作品を中心に展覧します。
現在の彼女の作品とはひと味違う作品たちをお楽しみください。

安岡亜蘭
1978年神奈川県生まれ。
東京藝術大学美術学部デザイン科卒業。
動物や植物と機械を組み合わせ、
「過去と未来」を主題に作品を制作する。
自然と人工、生命と機械といった対照的な要素を交差させ、
空想上の生命体を描き出す。
近年は江戸の千代紙に着想を得た和の要素を取り入れ、
独自の世界観を展開している。
Aran Yasuoka
Born in Kanagawa, Japan in 1978.
Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts (Design).
She creates works based on the theme of “past and future,”
combining elements of nature and machinery.
By intersecting contrasts such as organic and artificial,
she depicts imaginary forms of life.
Recently, she has incorporated motifs inspired by Edo-period chiyogami,
developing a distinctive visual world.
