四季彩舎では瀧下和之/上野浩平の二人展「掻ノベクトルvol.2」を開催します。
共に熊本県出身の彼ら。
3年振りとなる今展では瀧下和之の四天王図、龍神など下図を彫って表現された独特の線によるコミカルな作品、上野の400年の歴史を持つ高田焼の作陶に若い息吹を 取り入れた作品、二人の意欲的な作品内容でご覧いただけます。

瀧下和之
1975年熊本県生まれ。
東京藝術大学大学院修了。
日本の昔話や古典的モチーフを基に、
独自の解釈による絵画作品を展開。
代表作「桃太郎図」シリーズでは、
鬼を主人公に据え、従来のイメージを反転させた世界を描く。
彫刻刀で刻み込む線描と鮮やかな色彩によって、
伝統と現代を横断するユーモラスで力強い表現を生み出している。
Kazuyuki Takishita
Born in Kumamoto in 1975.
Completed his MFA at Tokyo University of the Arts.
His work reinterprets traditional Japanese narratives and motifs
through a distinctive contemporary lens.
In his “Momotaro” series,
he shifts the focus to the ogres, subverting conventional narratives
and presenting them as lively and humorous protagonists.
Characterized by carved lines and vivid colors,
his paintings bridge tradition and modernity with a dynamic and playful approach.
