「OMIYA ART WALL」始動

四季彩舎はこのたび、株式会社中央デパート、スタジオサイタマ合同会社との共同プロジェクトとして、大宮駅東口の商業施設「大宮門街」5階にアートスペース「OMIYA ART WALL」をオープンいたしました。

本プロジェクトはアートが日常にさりげなく溶け込み、人々の心に小さな変化や気づきをもたらす空間を、この街の中に育んでいくことを目的としています。

このスペースには象徴的な作品として瀬戸優の大型作品《水月〜シロサイ〜》を常設展示しています。

2024年より蕎麦屋SHABAにて開始した展覧会シリーズ「Art ENCOUNTERS」をきっかけに、大宮の街とアートのつながりを深めてきた四季彩舎。

本スペースはその発展形として誕生しました。

今後は、当ギャラリーが紹介するアーティストに加え、大宮・埼玉ゆかりの作家たちの作品、海外のアーティストも幅広く展開予定です。

人と街をつなぐアートの芽が、ここから静かに、そして力強く広がっていくことを願っています。

SHIKISAISHA Opens “OMIYA ART WALL” in Collaboration with Chuo Department Store and Studio Saitama

SHIKISAISHA is pleased to announce the opening of a new art space, OMIYA ART WALL, located on the 5th floor of OMIYA KADOMACHI, a commercial complex near Omiya Station’s east exit. This project is a collaborative initiative between Chuo Department Store, Studio Saitama LLC, and SHIKISAISHA.

The aim of this project is to create a space where art gently integrates into everyday life—offering subtle moments of inspiration and reflection within the rhythm of the city.

As a symbolic presence in the space, we have installed “Suigetsu – White Rhino”, a large-scale sculpture by artist Yu Seto, as a permanent display.

Since 2024, SHIKISAISHA has been deepening its connection with the Omiya community through the ongoing exhibition series “Art ENCOUNTERS”, held at the soba restaurant SHABA in the same building. OMIYA ART WALL was born as a natural extension of those efforts.

Looking ahead, the space will feature not only artists represented by SHIKISAISHA, but also a diverse range of creators from Omiya, Saitama, and abroad.

We hope that from this place, the seeds of art will quietly—but powerfully—grow to connect people and the city.
